Asian Style Poached Trout


Broth: 🔸 fish stock (1L) 🔸 ginger 🔸 chilli 🔸 garlic 🔸 soy sauce 🔸 sesame oil 🔸 lime juice 🔸 coconut sugar 🔸 shallots 🔸 basil leaves

Bring to a simmer, add fish fillets of your choice ( I used trout), greens/veges of your choice (I used bok choy, mushrooms, green beans).

Served on a bed of brown rice (or you could make it a noodle broth with rice noodles).

Less than 10 mins to prep and less than 10 mins to cook 👌🍜
